Hi everyone! Today I have something exciting and beautiful to share with you!

I have The Howling Boutique's Supermoon Lacquer's contribution to the June 2018 Polish Pickup.

This month's theme is Video Games and Mardi chose Capcom's 'Haunting Ground'!

INSPIRATION:

"As soon as June's theme was announced, I knew I wanted to use Capcom's 'Haunting Ground' as my inspiration. This super rare, survival horror game for the PS2 is one of my favorite video games of all time - I actually still have my copy of it plus the game guide! It's REALLY intense and unique and I honestly wish more gaming companies would take it's approach in terms of survival horror! AND in the game, you get to befriend a white German Shepherd named Hewie who is your companion for the majority of the game! What's not to love?!"


Azoth is described as a pale blue holographic base with bronze-to-green and red-to-green color shifting aurora pigment, red/bronze/copper chameleon shimmer, red-to-gold and red-to-green color shifting shimmer, red sparks, bronze and red pearl flakies, and iridescent red-to-green color shifting microglitter.

Azoth has an excellent formula.  It went on smoothly and easily.  Removal was also very easy.

Shown in my swatches are two coats plus a glossy top coat.

1850 Artisan Polish - Dreams Really Do Come True

Hi there!  Today I am back and I have the newest collection from 1850 Artisan Polish to share with you and they are things dreams are made of! ;)

As always, let's begin with details!

This is the Dreams Really Do Come True Collection from 1850 Artisan Polish. 

The collection was inspired by Disneyland! 1850 will be attending Indie Shop in Anaheim California and will release the Dreams Really Do Come True Collection at the event on Saturday, May 19th.

 The entire collection will be available in 1850 Artisan Polish's online shop Saturday, May 26th, at 9am Pacific!

Once Upon A Dream

Once Upon A Dream is described as a thermal polish with scattered holographic microflakes that transition from pale pink with pink to gold multichrome sparkle, to a medium pink.

This polish dries to a semi-matte finish so a good high shine top coat is recommended.  For this, I used 1850 Artisan Polish's own Fast Track, quick dry top coat.

Once Upon A Dream had an excellent formula and is shown here in 2 coats with top coat.  It also had a very easy removal.

Pixie Holo

Pixie Holo is described as a bright green scattered holo with yellow tones and packed with silver holographic microglitter.

Pixie Holo had an excellent formula and applied wonderfully.  Shown here is 2 coats plus 1850 Artisan Polish's Fast Track, quick dry top coat.

Don't let the "packed with silver holographic microglitter" stop you from picking up this gorgeousness. This polish removed easily for me.  No scrubby tub or soaking required.

Under The Sea

Under The Sea is described as a blue-leaning shimmering turquoise that sparkles like the sea with holo microflakes and an extra dose of turquoise shimmer.

Under The Sea was originally created as a custom for a lead actress in a local production of "The Little Mermaid" but was generously made available for all of us to enjoy!

Under The Sea had a wonderful formula, it applied well and removed easily.  It is shown here in 2 coats plus 1850 Artisan Polish's Fast Track, quick dry top coat.

Dreaming Of Wonderland

Dreaming Of Wonderland is described as a shimmering white multichrome that shifts between turquoise, blue, violet, and purple.  It also has holographic microflakes and iridescent blue to pink multichrome flakies.

Uh, this polish is magical, glowing perfection! I couldn't get enough of it when I wore it.  Everyone needs this in their collection.

Dreaming Of Wonderland formula is a touch thicker than the rest of the collection but nonetheless has an amazing formula for such a white sparkly polish.  It also removes easily.

Shown here is two coats plus 1850 Artisan Polish's Fast Track, quick dry top coat.

I have a few extra pictures of this one because I was just so enamored with it.

Make It Pink

Make It Pink is described as an electric pink with a strong blue flash that is filled with magical sparks of holo microflakes.

This is another one where the word "magical" is definitely appropriate.  It's such a glowy pink and the blue flash is SO strong.  This is neck and neck with Dreaming of Wonderland for my favorite in the collection.

Make It Pink has an excellent formula and is shown here in three thin coats plus 1850 Artisan Polish's Fast Track quick dry top coat.

These will be available early at the Indie Shop's TISneyland event in Anaheim California one week prior to their debut in 1850 Artisan Polish Shop.  If you're a lucky duck and get to attend the event, here are some quick details.

The Indie Shop event this year will be held at Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, 1855 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92802.
