Different Dimension - Alien Collection

Hi there! Today I am back and am absolutely thrilled to be sharing with you the Alien Collection from Different Dimension! When I was young, I couldn't sleep one night, so I started flipping around the radio and stumbled on a show that was discussing Aliens, and abductions. I was simultaneously freaked out and totally fascinated.  I even moved my bed to sleep under the window so I could look at the sky at night.

Even now, my bedtime show is Ancient Aliens on the History Channel, it really gets you thinking about the past, and just how they had accomplished such advanced tasks back in ancient times, some tasks that even today we can't duplicate.  Maybe they had some outside help, from a more advanced race?   Also, lucky for me, Ancient Aliens is like NyQuil to my boyfriend, he has always had a hard time sleeping and the narrator's voice just puts him right out.

Okay, before I keep rambling, let's get to it!

First, let's start off with the new cuticle oil fragrances!

End of Summer fragrances:
Pineapple Vanilla,
Orange Dreamsicle,
Iced Tea,
Rice Krispie Treat

New Fall cuticle oil fragrances:
Crème Brulee,
Coffee,
Chocolate Chip Cookie,
Banana Nut Bread,
Blueberry Muffins

Cuticle oils pens are 2mL and retail for $5.00
Cuticle oil droppers are 15mL and retail for $10.00

The cuticle oils offered from Different Dimension smell wonderful!!  Their names are exactly what you will smell, and they smell good enough to eat.  I think my number one favorite is the Orange Dreamsicle.  The Pineapple Vanilla was soooo good, and almost my most favorite but I just love the Orange Dreamsicle.  It smells like the ice cream tastes! Spoiler alert, it doesn't taste as good. :/

In addition to smelling amazing, the cuticle oils are very hydrating and nourishing.  They can help heal your cracked, dry, or broken cuticles if used daily, it can also help splitting or peeling nails if used on a regular basis.  Different Dimension recommends using them several times daily, and with the pen, that is super easy to do.  I have one in my purse, at my desk at work and in various places in my house.  Be careful where you put them though, cuz if you have fur kids like me, you'll find them to be very interested in them!

Ingredients:
Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Fragrance, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil.

Now, on to the swatches!

Fire In The Sky

Fire In The Sky is described as a maroon jelly polish with added copper/gold/orange/green/red iridescent color-shifting flakies and holographic microflakies.

When I was younger, I watched the movie Fire In The Sky far too many times.  I found it equally terrifying and fascinating.

The formula and application for Fire In The Sky is good, it goes on nice and easy and it removes just as easily.

Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Alien

Alien is described as an olive jelly polish with added copper/gold/orange/green/red iridescent color-shifting flakies and holographic microflakies.

Alien is SO pretty! I'm a sucker for an olive polish.  The formula and application is wonderful and the removal is easy.

Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Foo Fighters

The formula and application was wonderful, it glides on smoothly and easily.  Removal is also easy.

Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Extraterrestrial

Extraterrestrial is described as a butterscotch jelly polish with added gold/orange/pink/green iridescent color-shifting flakies and holographic microflakies.

Extraterrestrial is my favorite of this collection.  The color mixed with those iridescent flakies is so unique and gorgeous! It's just beautiful.

The formula and application are wonderful.  It goes on smoothly and easily.  Removal is also easy.

Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Area 51

Area 51 is described as a darkened teal jelly polish with added turquoise/violet/blue/pink iridescent color-shifting flakies and holographic microflakies.

Anyone joining in on the storming of Area 51 on September 20th?  I genuinely wonder what is going to happen with that.  If what's going on there is half as beautiful as this polish, people are not going to want to leave.

The formula and application is on par with the rest of the collection, and wonderful.  It goes on smoothly and evenly.  The removal is also easy.

UFO

UFO is described as a violet jelly polish with added gold/orange/pink/green iridescent color-shifting flakies and holographic microflakies.

UFO has a wonderful formula.  It's application is nice and easy and so is the removal.

Swatches show three coats plus a glossy top coat.

Polishes of the Month

August 2019
We Came In Peace For All Mankind

The Polish for August 2019, We Came In Peace For All Mankind, is described as a dusty lavender crelly polish with added multichrome flakies and holographic microflakies.

The formula on We Came In Peace For All Mankind is wonderful! It goes on smoothly and evenly and self-levels perfectly.  Removal is also easy.

Swatches show two coats plus a glossy top coat.

September 2019Either Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying

The Polish of the Month for September 2019, is Either Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying, is described as a light nude crelly polish with added iridescent flakies and holographic microflakies.

The formula on Either Get Busy Living Or Get Busy Dying is wonderful. It's surprisingly opaque for such a light, nude, kind of color.  The formula is wonderful too! It's not thick at all, it glides on nice and smooth.  Removal is easy too.
